“City services continue to operate in enhanced mode. The operation of life support systems is under special control. Moscow Deputy Mayor Pyotr Biryukov said that emergency teams of dispatch services, engineering companies and administrative districts are on duty 24 hours a day and emergency power supply sources are being prepared.
Muscovites are advised to reduce the time they spend outdoors due to severe frosts. At this moment, the temperature of the coolant in the heating system is at maximum value.
