According to prosecutors, Trump managed to make $370 million through the alleged fraud. James also requested that Trump and two other employees of his organization be barred from conducting real estate transactions in New York State.

According to the prosecutor, the company inflated the prices of the properties in order to obtain more favorable loan and insurance conditions. The cost is believed to be inflated to between $2.23 billion and $3.6 billion.
