It is the highest part of the sculpture composition and is being lowered to the ground using a construction crane in the picture.
According to journalists, workers used grinding wheels to dismantle it. After the work is completed, the tallest bronze statues are expected to be sent for restoration and then transferred to the local Museum of Socialist Art.
