An F-15 SA fighter jet belonging to the Saudi Arabian Air Force crashed near a military base in the city of Dhahran. About this on social network X (formerly Twitter) said Turki al-Maliki, spokesman for the country’s Ministry of Defense.
According to the ministry, the plane crashed at 12.50 local time (corresponding to Moscow time) during a routine training flight in the area of King Abdulaziz Air Base in Dhahran.
As the Ministry of Defense announced, the combat crew of two people did not survive. A special commission launched an investigation into the incident.
