Students in Yakutsk were sent to distance education due to 49-degree frost 08:22

In Yakutsk, due to severe frost, schoolchildren were sent to online education. This was reported by control education in the region on the official Telegram channel.

Since the temperature in the city reached minus 49 degrees, ninth, 10th and 11th grade students stayed at home on December 5. Education for schoolchildren is organized using remote technologies. The measures affect all students, regardless of shift.

Schoolchildren in first through eighth grades will be suspended from school until December 8.
