“We have prepared a broad overview of where we think the situation is difficult at the moment. These are Ingushetia, Kaliningrad, Leningrad region, Krasnodar region. There are many such regions in the country that need to start implementing what needs to be implemented,” Radionova shared.
He added that the regional team usually waits for the landfill to “come to zero” and only then begin to decide on a new site allocation.
