In the Nikopol district of Ukraine’s Dnepropetrovsk region, the city’s infrastructure was damaged as a result of the explosion. The head of the military administration of the region, Sergei Lysak, announced this on his Telegram channel, attaching photographic evidence.

“A utility and infrastructure facility was damaged,” he wrote.

Three private houses, three outbuildings and two garages were also damaged, according to the OVA president. It was also noted that there was damage to the gas pipeline and power lines.

“A 42-year-old man was injured. He is in a hospital in moderate condition,” the publication states.

According to Lysak, the city of Nikopol and the rural community of Pokrovsk came under heavy artillery fire.
