Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reserve spokesman Jonathan Conricus said that more than 850 trucks carrying humanitarian aid arrived in the Gaza Strip. His words are quoted TASS.
“More and more trucks are entering the Gaza Strip. More than 850 people have arrived so far,” he informed at the briefing.
According to him, the vehicles were carrying water, food, medicine, shelter and equipment for tents.
“We are talking about approximately 6 thousand tons of food, 2.5 thousand tons <...> medical equipment,” the army press secretary explained.
Conricus said that humanitarian aid continues to be provided to the Palestinian region and Israel also helps in this regard.
