According to the woman’s statement, her son was discharged after having surgery on his forearm on October 16, he was ordered to do his dressing at home, and the stitches were removed at the hospital a week later. Mother and child came to the appointment on the specified date, but the doctors did not remove the stitches and gave a ticket for October 25.
“We arrived yesterday. We were the first to enter at 11 o’clock. There was no doctor. The nurse removed the stitches herself, wrote a certificate to the school and told me to apply expensive brilliant green and see another surgeon. Naturally, we were not included in the welcome diary. The woman noted that the doctor, who returned to the office at the end of their appointment, was indifferent and refused to examine the wound.
“I called the policy number and wrote a complaint to the Ministry of Health. The lawyer will also file a criminal complaint with the prosecutor’s office tomorrow. Are you non-human or what? Don’t you have children of your own? What are you getting paid for? Wait a second, it comes from our taxes. “I won’t leave it like this,” the Russian woman promised.
