“The power line was broken; subscribers in the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka and Arkhangelskoye village were partially affected by the outage,” he wrote.

Gladkov also said that as a result of a shell reaching Novaya Tavolzhanka, an outbuilding on the territory of a private house burned down. He added that operational and emergency services are in place and will begin to eliminate the consequences as soon as possible.
