Roskomnadzor’s press service said the agency has drawn up 19 protocols against Russian online cinemas to allow underage users to access material containing LGBT performances and to mislabel such content. It has been reported TASS.
“In connection with the failure to take measures to restrict the access of underage users to materials depicting non-traditional sexual relations and the inconsistency between the marking of information products and such materials, Roskomnadzor has drawn up 19 administrative protocols in accordance with Part 2 of Art. 6.21.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation regarding audio-visual services (AVS) Start, Wink, Ivi, Kinopoisk, Megafon TV, Tricolor Kino and TV Online, More.tv, Okko, Peers.TV and Premier, highlighted in the ” section.
They stressed that these services contain no material that promotes non-traditional sexual relations.
Formerly in Roskomnadzor declarationthat the electronic encyclopedia “Wikipedia” (owned by the Wikimedia Foundation, Inc.) still has not removed 147 illegal materials.
