It was noted that the man was previously registered in Veliky Novgorod. He sold an apartment in Moscow, but did not pay the transaction tax. Regarding the citizen, the bailiffs initiated enforcement proceedings for the collection of taxes of more than 160 thousand rubles.
At the same time, it is stated that the debtor was already in the United States with his family at that time. The bailiffs contacted K. through social networks and informed him about the initiation of proceedings and the consequences of non-payment of the debt in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
As a result, the debt was paid by a relative of the man the debtor promised to pay.
