New payments for children
From May 1, the Pension Fund of Russia begins to accept applications. Payment low-income families with children aged eight to 17 years. Early acceptance of applications through the public services portal started in April.
The amount of the allowance will be between 50% and 100% of the regional minimum of subsistence per child, depending on family income.
The corresponding decree was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin at the end of March. For applications submitted before 1 October, payment will be made from 1 April 2022.
How do mortgage conditions change?

Previously, this rule applied to fathers of children whose mother was a Russian citizen. In the event of the father’s death, the capital should go to the children in equal shares.
It is assumed that if the mother accepts the adoption by leaving the child in the maternity hospital or hospital, the father will also be entitled to the capital.
The Labor Department had previously announced that the norm would allow men to receive maternity capital at the birth of children from a surrogate mother. Fight against phone scams
As of May 1, telecom operators are required to transfer the received subscriber numbers to the networks of other operators unchanged.

The maximum possible transfer of funds through the Fast Payment System will increase from 600 thousand to 1 million rubles from May 1. The monthly limit for free transfers remains at the level of 100 thousand rubles, writes RBC.

Protection of social payments
Amendments to the consumer credit law will come into effect on May 1st. In particular, the bank can write off money from the debtor-borrower’s account only if there is an appropriate order from the customer.
If the account contains lump sum payments that are prohibited from collecting debts, the bank must in any case obtain a separate consent from the citizen to delete them due to the loan debt.
In this case, the debtor can withdraw his consent within 14 days and the bank is obliged to return the money.
Additions to pensions
Pensioners with so-called private experience can count on a monthly supplement from May 2022.
