The incident occurred in August 2022 near Kurchatov Street. A group of 5 people, including a 36-year-old woman, were drinking in the forest.
When the victim lost control due to severe intoxication, his drinking buddies began kicking and punching him in the vitals area. In this process, it is stated that they stand on their throats in turn. At the same time, the perpetrators used sexualized violence against the victim, acting collectively as part of a group of people.
As a result of the events described, the woman, who was injured more than once, lost her life. The defendants then set his body on fire to avoid personal responsibility for his actions. They now face life sentences for committing criminal acts. The file was sent to the court after the indictment was approved.
