According to Razvozhaev, the decision was taken at the level of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
“The Ministry of Defense has decided not to hold a parade in the city of Sevastopol, so all plans will be reviewed to prepare for this event,” the official said.
He added that Victory Day celebrations will be held in Sevastopol, and commemoration marches will be held especially near the houses where the veterans live.
