Polish miners brought a coffin with portraits of Norwegian eco-activist Greta Thunberg and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen to the protest. This was reported by Telegram channel RT.

It was noted that the protest action was held in the office of the European Commission. Miners protest EU plans to limit methane emissions, workers await fireworks and shout slogans in defense of the industry.

Formerly in Szczecin, Poland farmers protest Against the negotiations for grain and demand from Ukraine with Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and President Lech Kaczynski. The report says the protest was scheduled for a month. Farmers’ demands include crisis protection for agricultural producers, a commitment to and better control over grain imported from Ukraine. The publication says that farmers are afraid of going bankrupt because of cheaper imported grain products.
