If you don’t have this trendy appliance, there is another alternative option for toasting almonds in a healthy way: we just place our almonds on a typical baking tray with a paper underneath.

We leave them to cook for ten minutes or more at a maximum temperature of 180 degrees. We have to be careful not to roast it too much because the flavors can become a little bitter.
