Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Irina Vereshchuk appealed to Russian Human Rights Ombudsman Tatiana Moskalkova and Children’s Ombudsman Maria Lvova-Belova with a request to hand over the orphan lists in the new regions of the Russian Federation.
