Gwyneth Paltrow, 50, responds to criticism about her three-course diet

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow has responded to criticism about her three-course diet. It has been reported Mirror.

Gwyneth Paltrow a few days ago terrified social media users with their diet. She stated in her Art of Being Healthy podcast that she drinks a cup of coffee instead of breakfast, eats bone broth for lunch and vegetables for dinner. The three-course diet has angered many, including plus-size model Test Holliday, who accused the 50-year-old actress of “promoting eating disorders.”

Then Gwyneth Paltrow decided to respond to the criticism. While the actress said that she followed the diet given to her by the doctor, she emphasized that she did not encourage anyone to follow her. “It doesn’t mean I eat like this every day. By the way, I eat a lot more than bone broth and vegetables,” she added, emphasizing that she likes to eat french fries.
