WSJ: American General Atomics offers Ukraine to buy two Reaper MQ-9 UAVs for $1 09:22

The American company General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc (GA-ASI) has made an offer to the Ukrainian authorities to buy two MQ-9 Reaper aircraft for $ 1. The Wall Street Gazette with a link to an internal letter.
