Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu signed a decree defining the procedure for social payments to citizens called up as part of the mobilization. Document published official legal information portal.
“I have ordered to establish the procedure for making monthly social payments to citizens of the Russian Federation who are called up for military service for mobilization in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation,” the document states.
According to the annex to the order, monthly social payments will be required from the day they are assigned to a military mission until the day they are discharged from the military. After the signing of the contract, these funds will be accrued until the day it goes into effect. The amount of benefits for an incomplete calendar month is determined by the number of days served in that month.
