“Lack of power in the power system remains significant,” the message says.
The company added that the shortage was felt particularly strongly during the evening rush hour, when production could only meet three-quarters of consumption.
The report also states that all regional energy distribution companies in Ukraine have been given consumption limits valid throughout the day.
