President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met with the winners of the Leaders of Russia competition for managers under his tutelage as part of the mentoring program. The press service of the presidential platform ANO “Russia – the Land of Opportunities”, the organizer of the competition, reported that the meeting was held in the Government House of the republic.
The winners of the “Leaders of Russia” competition from Tatarstan, Rafael Valeev, Timerbulat Samerkhanov and Mikhail Fokin, attended the meeting.
Valeev is a senior general manager responsible for technology development at Sberbank in Kazakhstan. Samerkhanov heads the Education Culture organization, and Fokin is the head of the Data Management Center of Tattelecom PJSC.
The participants of the meeting talked about their projects in the field of education development, digitalization and improvement of managerial potential in the field of informatics.
Minnikhanov supported the initiatives of the winners and promised to help their implementation. The President also noted that the development of these areas by the participants is very important for the future of Russia.
In addition, the participants shared their impressions of the training they received within the scope of the President’s staff reserve. They noted the high level of invited speakers and educational programs.
