Crossout New Heights: Aerial Combat Comes to the Post-Apocalyptic Battlefield

In October, Crossout is set to unleash a landmark update titled New Heights, a major push that centers on aerial technology. The post-apocalyptic online action game will introduce armored vehicles capable of flying, turning battles into dynamic skirmishes that unfold both on the ground and in the air.

Prototype flight equipment first surfaced in December 2022. Now it is integrated into the game as a permanent feature, opening the door for millions of distinct airborne war machines. These helicopters and airframes are crafted using the same versatile build system as the ground vehicles, allowing players to mix and match parts to create a vast variety of flying combat machines.

Beyond airborne gear, the update expands the arsenal with anti-aircraft guns, bombardment platforms, heat traps, and additional equipment. The developers plan to share more details about these innovations during a broadcast scheduled for October 10 on the game’s official YouTube channel, keeping the community engaged with live demonstrations and explanations.
