Chinese company AYN announced the Odin 2 Portal portable console with OLED screen and Snapdragon chip. The design and some features of the new product appeared on the device page. indiegogo.
AYN Odin 2 Portal has a 7-inch OLED touch screen with 120 Hz image refresh rate and Full HD resolution. Last year’s flagship mobile chip, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, is responsible for the device’s performance and the device will apparently run the Android operating system.
The console is also equipped with the usual controls: two sticks with RGB backlight and Hall sensors, a crosshair, ABXY buttons, two bumpers and triggers.
AYN Odin 2 Portal’s release date and price will be announced later.
Portable consoles running the Android operating system allow you to run mobile games and provide the ability to control them from a controller, even in unsupported games. You can also stream games to such devices from home consoles, computer or cloud services.
