First of all, you should avoid using wet wipes, which can damage the screen coating. To clean the screen, you should use a dry microfiber or a cloth slightly moistened with a special cleaner.
Also, don’t leave the TV on standby for long periods of time, as unplugging it will extend the life of the device. Experts say you don’t need to unplug the device to prevent damage.
You should also install the TV away from heat sources, as overheating can negatively affect the electronics. The optimum temperature for the device to operate should not exceed 35 degrees Celsius.
Hyundai also recommends using stabilizers and surge protectors to protect against sudden voltage surges that could damage the TV.
Finally, it is not recommended to set brightness and contrast to maximum values to avoid image burn-in and rapid screen deterioration.
