The average salary of beginner IT specialists (young people) in Moscow in the first half of the year increased by 5% and amounted to 91,488 rubles per month. socialbites.ca learned about this from a report of the Avito Rabota service, a copy of which is in the hands of the editors.

It turned out that the average salary of young people in Moscow is the highest in Russia. In second place is St. Petersburg with an indicator of 75,564 rubles (an increase of 15% on an annual basis). And Novosibirsk completes the top 3 with an average salary of 63,532 rubles, which is 18% more than the salary offered by companies in the city in the first half of 2023.

The top five was also occupied by Yekaterinburg (63,117 rubles) and Rostov-on-Don (59,161 rubles). In these cities, salaries increased by 16% and 13% annually, respectively.

On average in Russia, the highest salary offers among junior IT specialists are in vacancies for analysts (158,682 rubles per month), developers (75,640 rubles per month) and testers (64,352 rubles per month).
