Sber presented the Russian development environment GigaIde with a built-in artificial intelligence assistant, the bank’s press service reported.
The built-in AI assistant can analyze text and suggest complete function designs, speeding up coding by 25%.
According to Sberbank’s Senior Vice President Andrey Belevtsev, Head of the Technological Development Block, thanks to GigaIde, developers will be able to work continuously while maintaining the familiar user experience.
Two versions of the GigaIde environment are available: GigaIde Desktop, which supports projects in Java, Kotlin, Scala, Groovy, Python, and GigaIde Cloud, which allows multilingual projects using JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, as well as development in the cloud.
SberTech General Manager Maxim Tyatyushev stated that GigaIde will automate routine processes and save time on creative and important tasks.
