“Subscribers of all tariff plans will be able to call emergency telephone numbers free of charge, including the hotline of the Ministry of Health of the Moscow Region, information services for information on the admission of victims to hospitals, psychological helpline. The terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall occurred on the evening of March 22. A large number of gunmen burst into the concert hall, shooting at people and also setting fire to several rooms using Molotov cocktails. More than 200 people were injured and died as a result of the emergency.
