Belarusian law enforcement authorities arrested a popular gaming blogger and streamer, as well as the editor-in-chief of the iXBT gaming portal Vitaly Kazunov. In this respect reports Telegram channel “Book GU “Baza”, close to law enforcement agencies.
According to the source, two reports were filed against Kazunov: for the publication of a white-red-white flag and Nazi symbols on social networks. The white-red-white flag is the symbol of the 2020 rallies in Belarus and is considered extremist in that country. It was not reported what charges the blogger was accused of.
In the video published by the Telegram channel “Kniga GU “Baza”, the handcuffed Kazunov said that in 2020 he used an avatar with a flag on social networks, which he already regretted many times. In 2017, he published a photo of a black girl wearing an SS uniform and carrying a swastika on her shoulder.
“Remember friends, life is not a game. You cannot publish information prohibited by law on social networks,” Kazunov said.
