The Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation announced the launch of a training program for cyber-athletes aimed at improving their sports achievements through compliance with established sports and pedagogical standards. In this respect reports “Championship” with a link to the document.

The program not only includes the study of e-sports history and physical culture, but also focuses on the personal hygiene of athletes. Therefore, one of the stages of initial training includes a lesson in hygiene and sanitation. Participants will be given recommendations on body, oral cavity, dental care, as well as clothing and shoe care. A course to strengthen e-athletes is also planned.

In addition, the program pays special attention to the formation of patriotic values, a sense of duty and responsibility towards the country, as well as respect for state symbols. To achieve a high level of skill, e-sports athletes will need to systematically improve their physical, technical, tactical, theoretical and psychological skills.
