The main reasons for returns include the weight and discomfort of the headset, eye and neck fatigue with long-term use, as well as the high price that does not match the quality and functionality of the device. Users note that Apple Vision Pro cannot replace traditional devices such as a smartphone, computer or tablet and has limited capabilities for work and entertainment.
Another disadvantage of the headset, according to users, was the low quality of the image of the outside world transmitted through Apple Vision Pro cameras. In low light conditions, details become barely visible. Users also complain about the inconvenient cable and external battery, which reduce the mobility and autonomy of the device.
Apple Vision Pro also suffers from a lack of interesting apps and use cases that can capture users’ attention. For example, the image from a MacBook is transmitted with a delay that prevents efficient operation.
Some users think that the $3.5 thousand price of the device is too high and should be reduced to $1 thousand.
Taking into account all the shortcomings, some users decided to return the device within the 14-day period stipulated by American law.
