The Investigative Committee of Russia (ICR) filed charges against the former director and chief physician of the Medicine 24/7 clinic, Oleg Serebryansky. This was reported by TASS referring to the department.

The report states that Serebryansky is suspected of violating Part 2 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Provision of services that do not meet security requirements.”

According to investigators, Serebryansky left Russia in 2021 and was therefore placed on the international wanted list. The court chose a restrictive measure for him in the form of detention in absentia.
