Xiaomi is developing two foldable smartphones for the Chinese market: Mix Flip and Mix Fold 4. reports The GizmoChina post cites insider Digital Chat Station.
The Digital Chat Station report highlights that the internal display of the Xiaomi Mix Flip will be launched as “wrinkle-free”. The device is expected to have a dual camera setup on the back, consisting of a 50-megapixel main camera and a telephoto lens.
Discussing the design, the expert noted that Mix Flip’s external screen and dual camera system will be “attractive”. Additionally, according to Digital Chat Station, the new product will have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and satellite communication support.
There are fewer details about the Mix Fold 4. Insiders know that the device will be extremely thin and light. The new product is expected to weigh 255 grams, which is 4 grams lighter than the Mix Fold 3. The new product is also expected to receive a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.
According to rumors, Xiaomi may present the Mix Flip at the end of February 2024. The announcement of Mix Fold 4 is expected to be made in the second quarter of this year.
