Samsung held the Galaxy Unpacked presentation, where it introduced the Galaxy S24 Plus smartphone from its new flagship series.
The device has a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels, a frequency of 120 Hz, HDR10 + support and a brightness of up to 2600 nits. There is an “o” shaped cutout in the upper half for the 12 MP front camera.
Responsible for performance is the Snapdragon 8 Gen3 processor, made using four-nanometer process technology. It has a maximum clock speed of up to 3.3 GHz. The graphics on the chipset are powered by the Adreno 750 accelerator with a maximum frequency of 1 GHz. RAM in all versions is 12 GB, and permanent memory can be from 256 GB to 512 GB.
There are three main cameras. The main module has a resolution of 50 MP, the telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom is 10 MP, and the ultra-wide-angle module is 12 MP.
Galaxy S24 Plus is equipped with a 4900 mAh battery. There is 45 W wired charging, 15 W wireless charging and 4.5 W reverse charging. The device is protected against moisture and dust according to the IP68 standard.
The device is currently available for pre-order at a price starting from $1,149 (about 101 thousand rubles at the exchange rate of January 17, 2024). Available in black, grey, purple and yellow colours.
