Pro-Russian hacker group Killnet announced the hacking of Ukraine’s largest alcohol producers, Bayadera Group and Global Spirits. The leader of the group, hacker Killmilk, reported this to socialbites.ca.

Killmilk claims that they hacked corporate Wi-Fi networks and gained access to corporate computer systems. As a result of the cyber incident, hackers gained access to the personal data of all Bayadera Group and Global Spirits employees, including senior management. Killnet also had companies’ “legal documents”: contracts, reporting, contracts for the supply of products to foreign partners, and more.

“We plan to use the obtained data to reduce data funding for the organization of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We will use the information received to put pressure on companies both internally and externally,” Killmilk said.

Global Spirits and Bayadera Group are Ukraine’s largest alcohol conglomerates. They produce products under well-known brands such as “Khortitsa”, “Morosha”, “Crimean Vintage”, True Tequila, Real Rum and more. Global Spirits and Bayadera Group’s alcoholic beverages are sold in dozens of countries around the world. Following the launch of SVO, both companies announced financial support for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In Russia, Global Spirits founder Evgeny Chernyak is listed as a terrorist.
