Bethesda forced players to search for ads for the game in the real world

Bethesda Softworks has launched an unusual ad campaign for its new sci-fi RPG Starfield. Thus, 1001 unique billboards featuring the game were posted around the world for fans to find. informs DTF Portal.

Starfield billboards are available in various countries, including the UK, Netherlands, Brazil, Germany, Spain, Poland, Belgium, Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East. Fans who find these banners are encouraged to share the photos on a dedicated Discord channel.

Only four billboards have been found so far. But all of these have been found in England. In other regions, the promotion may not have started yet.

Also, one of the residents of Australia posted a photo of an artist drawing artwork based on Starfield on the wall. This image is assumed to be part of an advertising campaign.

Starfield is an RPG game from Bethesda Softworks that will release on PC and Xbox Series X/S on September 6. The project promises to offer players a space journey in a vast open world consisting of more than a thousand planets.
