Larian Studios plans to release a patch that fixes more than a thousand bugs in the role-playing game Baldur’s Gate 3. About it on their page on X (formerly Twitter) declaration CEO Sven Winke.
According to Vincke, the game’s first major patch will include more than a thousand fixes. However, before publishing, the studio must complete work on the fourth fix, which includes fixes for bugs that need to be fixed urgently. The exact timing of the release of a major patch and fix has not been reported.
Vincke also thanked fans for whom the studio received feedback and suggestions. He noted that a second patch will be released in the future, based on user requests and complaints.
Baldur’s Gate 3 is the sequel to the famous Dungeons & Dragons board game RPG series. The project received high marks from critics and actors for its depth, freedom, and variability. But the game turned out to be full of bugs, especially with users complaining about their numbers in the third act. Most likely, they will be eliminated in the patch.
