Samsung has started sending out invitations to journalists for its next Galaxy Unpacked presentation, revealing an unusual place and time for the event. In this respect informs Version of GSM Arena.
The invitation says the show will be held at the COEX exhibition center in Seoul, South Korea. Samsung decided to present new devices at home for the first time. Since 2010, when Galaxy Unpacked was released, the show has only been shown in Las Vegas, New York, Barcelona, Berlin and London.
The invitation also states that the event will take place in the last week of July. The next Galaxy Unpacked is said to be on the 26th. July is an unusual time for Samsung to make presentations – before the company announces new products in August or early September.
The company did not reveal the names of the products that will be shown as part of the show, but hinted that the highlight of the program will be new foldable devices. Samsung is expected to show at least the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 smartphones on July 26.
