During MWC 2023, the Chinese company ZTE introduced the Nubia Pad 3D tablet, which is based on a technology that allows you to view 3D content without the use of special glasses. In this respect informs Gizchina portal.
Using two front cameras, AI Engine Super Bionic Eye technology transforms a normal image into a stereographic image by tracking the position of the user’s eyes. Nubia Pad 3D has also collaborated with startup Leia, which has developed custom software for the tablet. Among these programs is LeiaTube, for example, which converts any YouTube video into 3D content. Other programs can convert ordinary games, photos to 3D format. In addition, the tablet has its own 3D video chat called LeiaChat.
It is known that the tablet gets a 12.4-inch screen with a resolution of 2.5K, on top of which there are two cameras with a resolution of 16 and 8 megapixels. The Nubia Pad 3D is powered by the 2021 flagship Snapdragon 888 chipset. It is also claimed to have four speakers with Dolby Atmos support and a 9070 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
The tablet will go on sale in Europe in March for €1,000 (about 79.6 thousand rubles).
