Reviews of the Intel Arc A770 and A750 graphics cards started appearing on the network when the embargo on their publication ended. And now you can independently evaluate new cards.

It turned out that Intel solutions in modern games are quite on the level of NVIDIA RTX 3060 and AMD RX 6600. This applies, for example, to god of war, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Cyberpunk 2077 that are built on modern graphics APIs such as DirectX 12 or Vulkan. Previously, Intel even claimed that its cards outperform the RTX 3060 in ray tracing mode.
But in older games based on DirectX 9, the situation is much worse. In this case, the Arc A770 and A750 cards are comparable to the NVIDIA GTX 780 or even less.

Apparently, the company simply wasn’t counting on old games, as there simply isn’t native support for legacy graphics APIs. For compatibility, emulation has been added, which consumes a significant amount of computer resources, and therefore performance drops. In some cases, games won’t start at all or “glitch”.
The Intel Arc A770 and A750 graphics cards will go on sale October 12 for $329 and $289, respectively. At the exchange rate at the time of publication, this is just over 20,000 and about 17,600 rubles. A fan sees a Super Mario remake on Unreal Engine 5
