Valve has announced that the 2023 Steam store will hold its first spring sale in 2023 – it will replace the Lunar New Year. According to Valve representatives, the developer and publisher community asked the company about this.
The community of developers and publishers has been asking for a spring sale for a long time. This will spread our top four seasonal sales across the year and give developers more opportunities to add and apply calendar-based discounts.
The dates for the following seasonal sales have also been announced:
- Fall Sale – from November 22 to November 29;
- Winter Sale – from December 22 to January 5;
- Spring Sale – from March 16 to 23.
