A fan rejuvenated Sub-Zero and Scorpion from Mortal Kombat. Now they look like 3 year olds

One of Mortal Kombat’s fans decided to experiment with the neural network and asked her to show “children’s versions” of two iconic fighters – Sub-Zero and Scorpion. It turned out to be unexpectedly good – it looks like they were painted by a professional artist. And they turned out really cute.

The art was published by a Twitter user nicknamed Oracle Kraken. He made them using the Midjourney neural network, which generates images according to the description. The characters are not like the fighters from the games or the characters from the 2021 movie Mortal Kombat, which, by the way, is getting a sequel. AI came with original images.

Other AI work can be found on the Oracle Kraken Twitter page, although most are not related to games, but to movies.
