In the space sandbox Star Citizen has launched an in-game event called Free Fly, where gamers can play completely for free for a limited time.
Developers of Cloud Imperium Games have prepared eight spaceships for the players, which have been selected through votes.
These are the available ships:
- Aegis Avenger Titan;
- Anvil C8X Fishing Expedition;
- Anvil Carrack;
- Aegis Redeemer;
- RSI Scorpio;
- Origin 600i Explorer;
- Crusader Mercury;
- ArgoRAFT;
- Aegis Avenger Titan.
To participate in the event, you need to go to the Robert Space Industries website, then create your profile (if you already have one, fill it in) and enter the promo code in the field provided: TINTOTHEVERSE. After that, you can download the game client and start playing. The free period lasts until September 15.
Recall that Star Citizen is considered the most expensive game in history with a record budget of about $500 million.
