DC Studios released a teaser to De Morgen’s trailer for Superman, in which she first showed a new villain – Boravia’s hammer. This is an original character made by James Gunn specifically for the film.
The teaser shows a fight by Superman with a Boravia hammer – a flying villain in a heavy armor, able to shoot a laser out of the eyes. It was already on display – he flickered on the first track of the Daily Planet -Krant in last year’s promo.
According to the article written by Clark Kent, De Hamer attacked the center of Metropolis in response to Superman’s intervention in Boravia’s things. The damage was more than $ 20 million, 22 people were injured. At the same time, President of Boravia claims that the hammer is not an official representative of the country, but a certain “independent Avenger”.
There are rumors that ultrams (an alternative version of Superman) can be hidden behind this way, but so far this has not been confirmed. In the film, Superman will be confronted with various enemies, such as Lex Lutor, an engineer, a hammer from Boravia and, possibly, ultrams.
The main roles are performed by:
