Filming the expected continuation of The Witcher season 3 from the US service Netflix already started. Fans of the show and game The Witcher 3 were shown where everything happens.
It was announced that The Witcher Season 3 will begin shooting in Italy on March 31. For fans of the gameThe Witcher 3: Wild HuntThe Witcher 3: Wild Hunt) it got interesting where the events of the filming of a franchise would take place. They found out that the first 2 days of filming are on the lakes of Fuzine. This is a very picturesque place, but fans of the series could not figure out exactly what stories are associated with this location. Shooting will end on April 1, after which there will be a two-day break – rest and moving to the next location.
After Italy’s Fusine Lakes, the Witcher Season 3 team heads to an equally beautiful place: Predjama Castle. It is located in Slovenia and occupies a huge cave. Fans of The Witcher 3 aren’t sure yet what exactly will be used as a backdrop for the new season: the castle itself, the interior or the natural cave behind it. Shooting will also continue for 2 days – April 4 and 5. Then the process continues in the same country on the Nanos plateau. It is not yet known how many days it will take. Then the team goes to Croatia to the city of Pula on the Adriatic coast.
Shooting for Season 3 of The Witcher will end in September 2022 unless the process is interrupted. A premiere date has not yet been set. Geralt of Rivia is once again played by Henry Cavill. Freya Allan and Anya Chalotra reprise their roles as Ciri and Yennefer van Vengerberg.
