Microsoft sent a document to Brazil’s Administrative Council of Economic Defense (CADE, the antitrust regulator) declaring that Sony bribes game developers to prevent projects from entering Game Pass.

The Japanese company would pay for so-called “blocking rights” to prevent games from appearing on competing services, such as the Game Pass subscription service. This gives Sony the opportunity to develop the platform through exclusives.
Users are already actively discussing this information, but no official statement has been received from any of the companies, so it’s hard to say what’s really going on. So far, everything is limited to different versions in the media.
It should be noted that regulatory authorities are currently reviewing the transaction for Microsoft’s purchase of Activision Blizzard. And the software company itself claims that only Sony was against this deal. Also note that Call of Duty remains a cross-platform game. NVIDIA revenues plummeted
