Developers STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl has released the second patch 1.0.2 as a follow-up to the first major update. This time we fixed several bugs that hindered the completion of quests.





STALKER 2 received a second smaller patch: what’s changed

With 1.0.1 released, we are now ready to move on to patch 1.0.2. This update includes bug fixes for six missions, as well as additional bug fixes.

Main changes of the patch:

  • A second wave of enemies now appears in the mission “On the Edge”;
  • Fixed an issue with Richter’s death during the ‘Minor Incident’ mission;
  • Removed the player getting stuck on the Wild Island after installing a fuse;
  • Fixed the issue where the chemical plant mission could not be completed;
  • Enemies no longer spawn in inaccessible areas;
  • Fixed an issue where a key quest character was missing during the Vision of Truth mission;
  • Fixed several critical EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION errors.

You can check out the patch on the game’s Steam page. In the future, the developers also promise to fix the A-Life system in one of the major updates.
