The publishing house Fulqrum Publishing and the development studio Dreamate have released a steampunk RPG called New Arc Line, which has a 95% rating on Steam at the time of writing.
New Arc Line uses turn-based mechanics, and therefore gamers will rely mainly on their tactical skills in battles.
The plot tells how the iron plague suddenly arose in the shining city of the triumph of progress and technology, Newark. The main character wants to find a cure for this disease to heal his family. To do this, he goes to a previously unknown continent, which at first glance is filled with incredible wonders.
During the passage, gamers will have to form their own group of like-minded people who will help the main character complete tasks and battles with enemies. The game allows you to craft equipment and upgrade magical abilities. Additionally, there is a degree of non-linearity, allowing you to choose which role you play: a brave hero or an unscrupulous villain.
At the start of New Arc Line, players can choose their character’s race (human or elf) and backstory, as well as customize their appearance. Currently, only English localization is available in the game, but after the full release, the developers promise to add other languages.
You can buy New Arc Line on Steam for 603 rubles, including a 15% discount (valid until December 4). The project is also available on GOG and Epic Games Store.
