The infamous Tom Henderson (Tom Henderson) said, citing his sources, that the online mode Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 will be presented in September, and not in the near future, as some rumors say. Apparently this is a new tradition for Activision: the multiplayer of the previous two parts was also shown in the fall.
The insider doesn’t know the exact date and format of the event, but at least players can wait for the live broadcast. Henderson also recalled that beta testing of the shooter will begin in mid-late September.
Modern Warfare 2 will be a sequel to the story Modern Warfare 2019. The new story is dedicated to the fight against the Mexican drug cartel and the terrorist group Al-Qatala. In June, the developers presented a full trailer and an excerpt from one of the missions.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is set for October 28, 2022. The game will be released on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S. 💣 John Wick 4 trailer from Comic Con 2022
